中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾调经促孕汤加二甲双胍薄膜片治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕的临床疗效。方法将80例多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕患者随机分为2组。治疗组50例予补肾调经促孕汤,每个月经周期连服10日,同时加二甲双胍薄膜片0.85g,每日2次口服,服至月经来潮停药。对照组30例在月经周期的第4日予二甲双胍薄膜片0.85g,每日2次口服,服至月经来潮停药。2组均3个月经周期为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果2组治疗后血清睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组排卵率76.0%、妊娠率52.0%,对照组排卵率40.0%、妊娠率20.0%,2组排卵率、妊娠率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾调经促孕汤配合二甲双胍薄膜片能显著提高排卵率和妊娠率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of infertility caused by PCOS treated by bushentiaojingcuyun decoction and metformin.Method 80 patients with infertility caused by PCOS were randomly divided into two groups.Cases in treatment group（n=50） were treated by bushentiaojingcuyuntang combined with metformin（twice a day）,the other patients in control group（n=30） were treated by metformin（twice a day）.Results There were significant differences between before and after treatment on testosterone,luteinizing hormone,FPI and Insulin sensitive index in two groups（P〈0.05）.The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in treatment group（76.0%,52.0%） were higher than those in control group（40.0%,20.0%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bushentiaojingcuyuntang combine with metformin could heighten the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate significantly.
