摘 要:研制出一种在钛板上镀铂金的新工艺,该法中的弱酸性电镀液主要由柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)和少量六氯合铂酸、氯化铵组成。此外还添加了微量的稀土盐和A(氨基酸类),B(硬化元素)两种试剂。A可以提高铂在溶液中的稳定性和镀层的均匀性,B可以提高镀铂层的光泽度和硬度。研究表明,镀层的优良性主要取决于电镀液的温度、pH值和电流密度,试验在较低的温度和较高的电流效率下获得了光亮均匀的铂镀层,并在主盐浓度不高的情况下获得了很好的铂镀层,大大降低了成本。A new and improved technology for platinum electrodeposition on titanium plates was developed.Thus a weak acidic electroplating solution composed of sodium citrate tribasic dihydrate,ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid disodium salt(EDTA),a small amount of chloroplatinic acid and ammonium chloride,and trace amounts of rare-earth metal salt,organic substance(A),and precious metal salt(B) was used to prepare the Pt coating.The effects of the temperature and pH value of the electroplating bath and current density on the properties of the coating were investigated.It was found that the organic additive(A) could markedly improve the stability of the electroplating solution and the uniformity of the platinum coating,while the precious metal salt(B) could enhance the brightness and hardness of the coating.The properties of the Pt coating were highly dependent on the temperature and pH value of the electroplating bath and current density.It was feasible to prepare a glossy and uniform platinum coating on the titanium plates under a relatively low temperature and high current efficiency,the Pt coating deposited at a relatively low concentration of the main salt(chloroplatinic acid) had good properties,and the cost of the electroplating was significantly reduced.
