摘 要:为增强镁合金对环境的适应性,采用热化学反应法在MB2镁合金表面制备了纳米陶瓷涂层,采用XRD分析了其相结构,并测试了涂层的耐磨性、耐蚀性及耐热冲击性。结果表明,该涂层中有新相MgMn SiO4、Al2SiO5、Mg2SiO4和ZnAl2O4生成,耐热冲击性优异,相对于基体而言,其耐磨粒磨损性提高了1.22倍,耐黏着磨损性提高了1.89倍,耐盐蚀性能提高了13.7倍,耐酸蚀性能提高了13.4倍;对涂层进行环氧清漆封闭后,其耐酸性可提高37.7倍。Nanometer Al2O3 ceramic coatings were prepared on the surface of MB2 magnesium alloy using thermal chemical reaction method so as to improve the climate adaptability.The phase structure of the resulting ceramic coatings was examined by means of X-ray diffraction,while the wear resistance,corrosion resistance,and thermal shock resistance of the coatings were investigated as well.Results indicated that new phases such as MgMnSiO4,Al2SiO5,Mg2SiO4 and ZnAl2O4 were found in coatings,and the coatings had excellent thermal shock resistance.Besides,the ceramic coatings showed much better corrosion resistance and wear resistance than the Mg alloy substrate,and they had significantly improved acid resistance after being sealed with epoxy resin lacquer.
