摘 要:利用钛酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂和硬脂酸对硅灰石进行表面改性,并对改性后的硅灰石进行类似与聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合加工过程中的热处理,测量其处理前后填料与水的接触角的变化,同时还考察了3种改性剂对PTFE/硅灰石复合材料的摩擦学性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂改性的硅灰石经过热处理后与水的接触角由64.5°增加到126.5°,表面能接近PTFE基体,相比其它改性剂能够更有效地提高复合材料的摩擦学性能和力学性能。The surface of wollastonite was modified by titanate, silane and stearic acid respectively. Then the modified wollastonite underwent heat treatment which was similar to hot processing of composites , and the water contact angle of the modified wollastonite both heat treatment or not were measured. Meanwhile, the influence of surface modification of wollastonite on the tribological and mechanical properties of its PTFE (PTFE/wollastonite) composites was also studied. Experiment results showed that the contact angle of silane modified wollastonite increased from 64.5° to 126.5°, the surface energy was even closed to matrix. Compared with other modifiers, silane could improve the tribological and mechanical properties of PTFE/wollastonite composites more effectively.
