摘　　要：目的探讨重症布-加综合征的治疗方法。方法1992年7月至2005年12月，对26例重症布-加综合征患者采用脾切除、脾静脉-右心房搭桥术进行治疗。结果随访1年至8年，效果优者24例，2例有人造血管血栓形成。结论对重症布-加综合征患者，脾切除、脾静脉-右心房搭桥术是一种有效的手术方法。Objective To investigate the operative method for severe Budd - Chiari syndrome. Methods A total of 26 patients with severe Budd - Chiari syndrome were treated with splenotomy and splenoatrial shunt. Results The 1 year＇ s to g years＇ s follow up showed that 24 patients had excellent results,and thrombosis in blood vessel prothesis was found in 2 cases. Conclusion Splenotomy and splenoatrial shunt is effective for the patients with severe Budd - Chiari syndrome.
