摘 要:将添加十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚马来酸酐单酯钠盐制得的微乳液柔软增强剂用于猪二层革的增强实验中,将应用实验结果反馈到合成实验中,最终确定w(十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚马来酸酐单酯钠盐)=10%、混合单体质量分数为18%〔m(甲基丙烯酸丁酯)∶m(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)∶m(丙烯酸丁酯)=4∶7∶7〕,固含量(质量分数)为33%时的微乳液聚合物的应用性能较佳。当其用量(相对于皮革质量)为6%,皮革的物理机械性能明显提高:撕裂强度横向提高22.2%,纵向提高61.2%,抗张强度横向提高20.5%,纵向提高46.4%,柔软度提高1.7%。纳米激光粒度仪检测微乳液聚合物的平均粒径为30 nm。The polyoxyethylene monomer sodium salt of maleic acid monoester of polyoxyethene lauryl ether was used in the microemulsion polymerization.The drop splits of pigs were retanned by the microemulsion polymer.The optimum application result was obtained when the amount of polyoxyethylene monomer was 10%,amount of mixed monomer was 18%(m(butyl methaerylate)∶m(methyl methacrylate)∶m(butyl acrylate)=4∶7∶7),and the solid content was 33%.Application test of microemulsion polymer indicated that the physical mechanical properties when the dosage of it was 6%.The transverse tearing strength was increased by 22.2%,while the longitude tearing strength was increased by 61.2%.The transverse tensile strength was increased by 20.5% and the longitude tentile strength was increased by 46.4%.The softness was increased by 1.7%.The polymer particle size and its distribution test indicated that the average grain size of the microemulsion polymer was 30 nm.
