摘 要:土地利用是资源化利用啤酒污泥的有效途径,随污泥中的营养成分一起进入土壤中的还有其中的重金属元素,其有可能给生态环境安全和人类健康带来风险,甚至构成威胁。选取湖北金龙泉啤酒(孝感)有限公司废水处理站产生的污泥为研究对象,进行污泥的化学组成及重金属形态分布研究。结果表明,啤酒污泥中含有丰富的有机质和氮、磷养分,具有较高的肥料价值;污泥中重金属元素的形态分布差异较大,但大部分是以非交换态存在,其潜在的迁移性和植物毒性较低。研究目的在于探讨污泥中重金属的潜在迁移规律,预测污泥中重金属的环境污染风险,为啤酒污泥农业利用提供有益的参考。Land use is one of the effective approaches for resource reuse of beer sludge. With humus and nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, heavy metals of beer sludge entered into the soil when sludge was applied to land. They might bring a potential risk to the ecological environment security and human health, or even a threat. Beer sludge of the wastewater treatment station of Hubei Jinlongquan Co. (Xiaogan) was chosen for carrying out the research on chemical components of beer sludge and its heavy metals modality distribution.The results showed that beer sludge had rich organic substances, nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients. Though the distribution difference of heavy metals' modality vared, most of them existed in non-exchangeable forms and their latent migratory characteristics and phytotoxicity was low. The research aimed at discussing the potential migratory rules of heavy metals in sludge, forecasting their environmental pollution risk and providing beneficial reference for beer sludge's agricultural use.
