摘  要:自行设计安装一台小型内电阻加热硅热法镁还原试验炉,加入工业用皮江法炼镁球团进行镁还原试验,得到能耗小于9kWh/kg-Mg、镁收率大于90%、还原反应周期小于180min的技术指标。与传统外加热的皮江法相比,内电阻加热硅热法炼镁在还原阶段的热效率提高4倍,反应周期大大缩短。Vacuum furnace is the key plant for the silicothermic magnesium metallurgy.At present the retorts used in Pidgeon process are facing a crisis being eliminated because of low thermal efficiency and long production cycle.Some experiments for the production of magnesium from calcined dolomites were done on a novel vacuum furnace by using internal heating method.The results show that its magnesium yield exceed 90% with the working cycle of 180 min,and that its power consumption is below 9kWh/kg.So it is a kind of saving energy furnace for the silicothermic magnesium metallurgy.
