摘　　要：旱地春小麦新品种定西38号是定西市旱作农业科研推广中心于1988年以外引材料RFMⅢ-101-A为母本、以自育品种定西32号为父本，通过有性杂交系统选育而成。2000-2002年参加甘肃省旱地春小麦区域试验，平均产量2398．50kg／hm^2，较对照定西35号增产14．13％，居6个参试品种（系）第1位。在苗期对条锈混合菌表现轻感，成株期对水4、水7表现免疫，对HY8表现中抗，对水14、条中32号及混合菌表现中抗。籽粒含粗蛋白14．32％、湿面筋29．7％，沉降值20．3mL，面团形成时间2．0min，稳定时间1．4min，评价值33。适宜在甘肃中部干旱半干旱区的定西、会宁、榆中、永靖、兰州、甘南州、临夏州以及宁夏西吉、海原，青海民和等省（区）年降水量200～600mm、海拔1600～2800m的二阴区推广种植。The new spring wheat variety, Dingxi 38 was Bred by crossing with the RFMⅢ-101-A as female parent and Dingxi 32 as male parent by Dingxi Research and Distribution Center of Dryland Agriculture. The average yield of Dingxi 38 was 2 398. 50 kg/hm^2 and 14. 13% higher than of the check Dingxi 35 in regional trial of spring wheat which was conducted during the period 2000-2002 in arid areas of Gansu proince and it was the first among six variety. It was lightly resistant to stripe rust of wheat at the seedling stage, while at the adult stage, it was immune to shui 4, shui 7, moderate resistance to HY8, shui 14, CY32 and mixed bacteria. The result indicated that Grain contains crude protein, wet gluten, with settlement value, form time, stability time and sedimentation value were 14. 32%, 29.7%, 20. 3 mL, 2.0 min, 1.4 min, 33, respectively. It is suitable to plant in arid and semi-arid areas in central regions of Gansu province and other similar areas with rain capacity of 200-600 mm and altitude of 1 600-2 800 m in Ningxia and Qinghai province.
