1998～2006年院前急救急性心肌梗死(基于唐山市数据)患者的数据变化趋势分析及应对措施探讨

摘　　要：目的:通过大量的统计数据分析,了解唐山市院前急救急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的疾病谱及其变化,寻找变化规律,指导急救实践。方法:选取1998、2002、2006这三年需要院前急救多达392例患者记录进行统计分析,根据患者的性别、年龄、就诊时间等要素进行相关性分析。结果:通过抽取三年院前急救统计数据,发现1998～2006年九年来唐山市AMI案例的高峰时间分布、病例类型分布、年龄分布等有了很大的差异性。引起这种差异性变化的原因可能与社会环境及自然环境的变化相关。结论:(1)根据AMI疾病谱的变化,加强对居民进行有重点的健康教育。(2)八年来,AMI发病年龄、性别及时间都随着社会环境及自然环境的变化发生了很大变化,根据这种变化,急救工作的重点也要做科学的调整。(3)根据院前AMI疾病谱变迁,对院前急救工作者的培训工作进行加强,从而降低死亡率。Objective：To learn the disease spectrum of pre-hospital emergency acute myocardial infarction （ AMI ） and its changes through analysis of the great amount of statistical data in Tangshan City, seeking the change law in order to guide the first-aid practice. Methods： To analyze statistically up to 392 cases of pre-hospital emergency in the three years of 1998, 2002 and 2006, in terms of patients＇ gender, age, treatment, and other elements related. Results： There were a great deal of differences in terms of the peak time distribution, disease type and age distribution, among AMI cases according to the pre-hospital emergency statistical data drawn randomly among three years out of nine years from 1998 through 2006 in Tangshan City. The causes of such differences may be related to changes in the natural and social environment. Conclusion： （ 1 ） According to AMI disease spectrum changes, health education for residents shall be strengthened. （2） During the past eight years, great changes have taken place due to the changes of natural and social environment, in terms of AMI onset age, gender and time. Scientific adjustments of first aid needs to be done. （3） According to the pre-hospital AMI disease spectrum changes, training on pre-hospital emergency shall be strengthened to reduce mortality.
