摘　　要：目的:分析石家庄市第六医院门诊抗精神病用药处方情况,了解抗精神病药物的使用情况。方法:应用回顾性调查方法,统计2007年1月～12月抗精神病用药处方2051张,用限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标,对处方的药物利用度、联合用药情况及使用合理性进行统计分析。结果:处方中使用抗精神病药物共9种,占全年统计处方的22.51%,占总金额的28.26%,各药物DUI均小于1。结论:该医院抗精神病用药合理。Objective： To analyze out - patient antipsychotics prescriptions in Shijiazhuang No. 6 Hospital, and learn the situation of antipsychotics application. Methods： To do statistics of 2 051 psychiatric drug prescriptions from January through December. 2007, with retrospective investigation method. To analyze statistically the use of prescription drugs and drug combined use and rational drug use with limited daily dose （DDD） and drug use index （ DUI ） as an indicator. Results： There were nine kinds of drugs in the antipsychotics prescription, which accounted for 22.51 percent of total prescription of the year, 28.26 percent of the sum of money, all drugs DUI were less than 1. Conclusion： The anti - psychiatric drug use in the above mentioned hospital is reasonable.
