摘  要:目的:研究槲皮素对小鼠免疫作用的影响。方法:将小鼠分为低、中、高3个剂量组,分别为0.23、0.46、0.69 g/kg槲皮素组和空白对照组、溶剂为对照组。小鼠连续灌胃30天后开始试验,分别进行免疫指标测定。结果:各剂量组与空白组比较,小鼠淋巴器官/体重比值差异均无显著性。中、高剂量组能明显增强二硝基氟苯诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应、明显增强小鼠碳廓清能力、明显增强ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力、明显升高小鼠血清溶血素含量、明显增强抗体生成细胞能力;高剂量组能明显增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能;各剂量组对NK细胞活性增强无显著性。结论:按照增强免疫力功能作用评价程序规定,该受试物具有增强免疫力功能作用。Objective :To study the role of quercetin on immune function in mice. Methods: The mice were divided into five groups: low(0. 23 g/kg quercetin), middle(0. 46 g/kg quercetin) and high(0.69 g/kg quercetin) dosage group, the control group and solvent control group. Immune indexes were detected after giving drugs for 30 days. Results: There was no significant difference among the experimental groups and the control group in the index of the mouse lymphoid organ / body weight. Delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) induced by dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB), carbon clearance function in mice, lymphocyte proliferation of spleen induced by ConA in the middle and high dosage group were enhanced signifiacntly. And phagocytosis of macrophages in abdominal cavity function in mice of the high dosage group was enhanced significandy. But there was no significant difference in NK cell activity among all groups. Conclusion: According to the principle of immune function evaluation, the subject has the function of strengthening immune.
