摘　　要：莸属植物约15种,分布于亚洲中部和东部,尤以中国最多.文章对中国莸属植物的资源分布、形态特征及生物学特性、观赏特性、园林应用形式、繁殖和栽培管理等方面的研究和利用现状进行综述.鉴于莸属植物生态效益和绿化美化价值日益受到重视,对其观赏价值开发和利用提出展望.There are about 15 species of Caryopteris plant mainly distributing in middle and east of the Asia, especially in China. The paper had reviewed the research on the resource distribution, morphologic characteristics, biological characteristics, ornamental value, application to landscape architecture, propagation, and culture management of Caryopteris plants in China. It also has a prospect for the development and utilization of their ornamental values, as more and more emphasis are paid to their ecological benefits and landscape values.
