摘　　要：回顾了云南省重点森工企业的历史进程,对全省重点森工企业实施"天保"工程的影响进行了分析,提出了森工企业今后的改革思路和建议:按照建设现代林业的要求,根据相应企业森林资源及经营现状,对森工企业进行战略性改造重组转型.在改革过程中,各级政府应给予政策、资金等支持.The paper reviewed historical process of key forest industrial enterprises of Yunnan, analyzes the impaet of implementing nature forest protection engineering on the enterprises and proposes ideas and suggestions for the reform in the future, such as strategic restructure and transformation of the enterprises in aeeordanee with the requirements for modern forestry and relevant to forest resources and management situation of the enterprises. But in the process of the reform, all levels of government ought to provide support in poliey and fund.
