摘　　要：目的探讨神经导航引导下变形脑室穿刺术手术前后的护理措施。方法对27例变形脑室行神经导航定位下脑室前角穿刺术的患者进行回顾性总结。结果27例患者均成功完成导航下变形脑室穿刺手术,脑室管端位置良好率均为100%。结论术前获取精确的CT扫描资料,是保证神经导航定位下变形脑室穿刺术成功的关键。Objective To search for the nursing managements of pre-and post puncturing abnormal ventricle guided by neuronavigation. Method The clinical nursing data of 27 patients with abnormal ventricle operated by puncturing anterior corn of ventricle guided by neuronavigation were retrospectively collected and analyzed. Results Puncturing abnormal ventricle guided by neuronavigation in 27 cases were obtained successfully. The rate of perfect positions of ventricular catheter was 100% in this group. Conclusion The key point for successful puncturing abnormal ventricles guided by neuronavigation was to obtain perfect CT data preoperatively.
