摘　　要：目的利用畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)来评价突发性聋的治疗效果,决定何时治疗、何时结束。方法治疗前将突聋的患者分级,治疗后经DPOAE检测,并根据自愿,将患者分为两组。一组作为对照,另一组再给予治疗,对比两组间及治疗前后DPOAE的通过率。结果比较治疗前后突聋患者听力恢复情况,当突聋病人的纯音听力明显恢复后,部分病人的DPOAE检测未通过。结论DPOAE检测,因其能快速、无创、灵敏、全面地反应耳蜗听力功能,能反映耳蜗毛细胞功能状态,有效地指导治疗。利用耳声发射测试来评价突聋的治疗效果,较之传统的听力测试更有意义。Objective To assess beginning time and ending time of treatment of sudden deafness with Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emission （DPOAE）. Methods The cases of sudden deafness patients were classified before treatment and detected with DPOAE after treatment. According to volunteer they were divided into two groups, therapy group and control group. The through put before and after DPOAE treatment were compared in two groups. Results The audibility recovery was compared before and after treatment. The partial patients had not passed the DPOAE detection when sudden deafness patient had obviously recovered. Conclusion DPOAE detection might guide clinical treatment effectively because it can reflect acoustic function of cochlea and cochlea cell function status rapidly, sensitively, invasively and completely DPOAE might have more guide significant than classical aucoustic detection in evaluating curative effect of sudden deafness.
