摘  要:采用盆栽试验研究膜下滴灌条件下不同土壤盐水平对棉花根系生长的影响。结果表明,在盐胁迫下棉花根系感受到胁迫信号,并产生相应的适应反应,改变根系形态,增加根长、根体积、根表面积和根冠比,而且随盐度的增加,这种趋势更加明显。进入铃期以后,0.32 dS/m和1.12 dS/m处理棉花的根量开始下降,而1.90 dS/m处理棉花根量没有相应的减少,仍保持较高生长活力。A pot experiment was carried out evaluate effects of different soil salinity levels on growth of cotton root The result showed that the cotton root responsed to the environment stress on soil salinity and changed root structure, the root-length, root-volume, root-surface area 'and root/shoot ratio was increased with increasing of soil salinity. The cotton root weight of 0. 32 dS/m and 1.12 dS/m treatment was decreased from boll forming stage, but 1.90 dS/m treatment root was developing and keeping a large root quantity.
