摘  要:自由侧翻式拍门是近几年来研发的一种新型、节能型产品,目前主要采用DN1200及以下口径的拍门,DN2000的大口径拍门也在东深供水泵站有过尝试,情况尚好。为满足目前大型泵站拍门更新改造需要,研究了大口径自由侧翻式拍门的结构、运行时的开启角和闭门时的撞击力,并以南昏泵站DN2200的拍门为例,针对单扇平板、双扇平板、带腹板双扇柱形、无腹板双扇柱形4种形式拍门,计算了开启角及撞击力。研究表明:①将大口径自由侧翻式拍门分成对称的二扇,可大大减小撞击力;②双扇拍门的撞击力差不多;③双扇柱形拍门可以增大运行时的开启角,无腹板的双扇柱形拍门增大的效果更明显。Laissez-aller side-turn-over flap value is a new kind product and can save energy, which was invented in recent years. At present, it is mainly used in the pumping stations with DN equal to or less than 1200. It has been tried in the Dongshen Pumping Station with DN2000. The situation is generally OK. To meet the need of the updating of the values used in the large pumping stations, we mainly study the structure, the unlocking angle and impact force in this passage. We take Nanhun pumping station (DN2200)as instance, and we suggest four different shapes: single flat, double flats, two cylindrical doors with board, two cylindrical doors without board. Calculate unlocking angle and impact force. The research suggests: firstly, making the value into two doors can greatly reduce the impact force; secondly, two cylindrical doors can increase the unlocking angle, especially the doors without board; finally, the impact force of the double doors is almost the same.
