摘　　要：从2002年开始,一股托管造林的风气逐步席卷内蒙古各地。时至今日,内蒙古的托管造林实施情况如何,笔者以内蒙古杭锦旗为对象对托管造林现状进行了调查,并分析了造成这种现状的主要原因。Started from 2002, the trusteeship afforestation model began to become common practice everywhere in the Inner Mongolia. Up to now, how about the implementation of the trusteeship afforestation model in the Inner Mongolia？ Took the opportunity of 2007 national integrated check for afforestation to the Hangjin County of the Inner Mongolia, the authors investigated the current situation of the trusteeship afforestation in the County,and analyzed the main reasons which leaded to the status.
