摘　　要：[目的]探讨手法复位加闭合空心钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。[方法]采用回顾性分析的方法,对73例老年股骨颈骨折采用手法复位加闭合空心钉内固定治疗。[结果]功能评定按Harris评分标准,优40例,良28例,中4例,差1例。[结果]手法复位加闭合空心钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效满意,有效的减少了并发症,降低了病死率,提高了老年人的生活质量。[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of manipulative reduction and close internal fixation of hollow nail method on treating senium femoral neck fracture. [Methods] Seventy-three patients with femoral neck fracture were received a retrospective analysis. [Results] The selected patients was evaluated hased on Harris score standard： excellent（40 cases）, good（28 cases）, middle （4 cases） and short （ 1 case）. [ Conclusion ] The manipulative reduction and close internal fixation of hollow nail method may effectively decrease complication, cut down case fatality and increase the aged quality of life and has a satisfactory curative effect on treating senium femoral neck fracture.
