摘　　要：总结了中医药辨证治疗胸痹经验,包括宽胸理气、活血止痛法、活血理气法、益气活血法、益气养阴法等特色治疗方法,并用中医理论进行了初步分析,阐明中医治疗胸痹的理论依据和证治体会。The article summed up the experiences in treating thoracic obstruction with TCM differentiated therapy, included relieving the chest stuffiness and regulating qi, promoting blood circulation to arrest pain method, promoting blood flow and regulating qi method, tonifying qi and promoting blood flow method, supplementing qi and nourishing yin method, etc. The theoretic basis and treatment experience of thoracic obstruction with TCM differentiation was explained.
