摘　　要：大学是个体成长的特殊发展阶段,大学生处在从幼稚走向成熟的过渡期,在这复杂多变的社会环境中,往往难以适应。而社会变革对人才心理素质要求却需要大学生富有开创、自信、进取的精神。社会需求与大学生现有能力水平产生了巨大冲突,由此引发了不少心理和行为问题,值得每一名高校教育工作者深思。University stage is the special development stage of individual growth, and the students are in the transition period from childishness to maturity. In this complex and ever-changing social environment, college students often fred it difficult to adapt. However, the social changes of personnel psychological quality requirements force students to be talents with innovation, self-confidence and the spirit of gumption. There is a tremendous conflict between the social requirements and the ability of college students, which causes a lot of psychological and behavioral problems. It is worth everv college educators to pay sufficient attention to it.
