摘  要:采用水冷却的高压直流阀冷系统,在正常运行过程中会产生水垢,从而影响阀元件的冷却效果,因此,有必要定期对阀冷系统进行水垢清除。文章根据天广直流工程的实际运行维护经验,研究阀冷系统除垢步骤和工艺要求,形成一套实用而合理的工艺流程,为高压直流阀冷系统运行和维护提供有益的借鉴。HVDC valve cooling system with agent of water is scaling bit by bit during normal operation, and lowering the efficiency of the valve components, this is the reason for regularly removing scale in the system maintenance. Based on the engineering experience of Tian-Guang project, this paper studies the way to remove the scale of valve cooling system, and the corresponding actual techniques requirement. A feasible and reasonable craftwork process that can be taken as reference for the operation and maintenance of HVDC valve cooling systems is proposed.
