摘  要:针对吉林油田大部分区块低丰度低产低渗油藏,开发中后期近井地带解堵难题。采油院科研人员从解决油田生产实际问题出发,自1988~2003年经过十几年攻关研究,在物理法近井地带解堵技术研究方面取得了可喜的成绩。目前已形成了声、电、火药、机械、水力等领域十多项增产增注工艺技术。其中有六项技术获国家专利,二项技术获总公司二等奖,十三项技术获局科技进步奖。1996年物理法采油系列技术被总公司评为“形成工业生产能力”优秀科研项目。物理法采油技术在现场应用中也取得了显著的经济效益,截止到2003年末,已累计应用2000多口油水井,增产原油14.3×10^4t,投入产出比为1:3.6。按振源的频率和振幅分别介绍四种典型物理法采油技术工艺原理和应用效果。For the most part of the low abundance, low permeability, and low production reservoirs in Jilin Oilfield,plugging is a very difficult problem in the immediate vicinity of wellbore during the late oil development period. Researchers of Production Technology Research Institute of Jilin Oilfield spent more than 10 years for the depth study of the way of solving the practical problems in oil production since 1988-2003, having achieved gratifying results in the physical broken down of the immediate vicinity of wellbore . They have got about more than ten injection technologies, such as acoustic, electrical, gunpowder, mechanical, hydraulic, etc. in many fields. Six of them are national patent technologies, the other two won CNPC second prizes, and 13 of them received the technical scientific and technological progress awards by Authority. Series of physical production technology was named 'Forming Industrial Production Capacity' of outstanding scientific research projects by CNPC in 1996. Physical production technology has made significant economic benefits in field application. Up to the end of 2003, this technology has been applied to a total population of more than 2,000 oil wells, oil production has been increased by 143,000 tons, input-output ratio is 1:3.6. This paper mainly introduces the technoque principles and applications of four typical physical production techniques according to the frequency and amplitude of vibration.
