双功泵在中原油田的研制与应用

摘　　要：双功有杆抽油泵由进出阀总成、"液压控制器"、密体和柱塞等组成,在泵上安装具有完全知识产权的技术构件,把抽油泵分成泵内和泵腔两套独立的压力系统,且互不干扰。实现了在一个往复冲程中,同时有规律的吸入和排出液体出井口各2次的过程,即作有效功2次。克服了常规抽油泵在一个往复冲程中作有效功1次,耗电多的弱点。CYBS57双功有杆抽油泵工作原理和生产实际表明,在不改变现行的采油系统设备和输入功率基本相同情况下,在抽油井供液充足情况下,同泵径,同工作参数,双功有杆抽油泵采油实现了产量、泵效、单井系统效率翻番,吨液单耗下降一半的好效果;双功有杆抽油泵具有防砂、防气、高效之功能。双功有杆抽油泵完全满足了油田开发需要,广泛推广使用,具有较大的增产增效,节能降耗的经济效益和社会效益。Double functionary pump consists of import and export valve assembly, hydraulic pressure controller, airproof and plug. The technology components with intellectual property rights are installed in the pump and divide the pump into two absolute pressure systems namely as inner pump and pump chamber, which doesn't disturb each other. It orderly inhales and discharges liquid to the surface and has achieved two courses respectively in one to-and-fro stroke. The double functionary pump has conquered general pump's blind side that is one effective function and much electricity cost in one to-and-fro stroke.The work elements and production fact of CYBS57 double functionary pump have indicated that the double functionary pump had achieved good effect of output, pump effect, single well system efficiency increasing one times and electricity cost of one ton liquid declining one half if the pump well had full liquid and pump pathway and work parameter were the same in the circs of the active production system equipment and same import power. The double functionary pump has function of sand prevention, gas prevention and high efficiency. The double functionary pump can satisfy the oilfield exploitation, if we extend and use widely, it will bring more economic and social benefits of increasing production, increasing efficiency, and declining cost.
