摘  要:目的:研究裂叶铁线莲Clematis parviloba茎的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和HPLC等色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据波谱数据结合理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:从裂叶铁线莲茎的乙醇提取物中分得10个木脂素类成分,其结构分别鉴定为(+)松脂素(1),(+)松脂素-4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),(+)松脂素-4,4′-O-二-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),(-)丁香脂素(4),(+)丁香脂素-4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),(-)表丁香脂素(6),(+)麦奥迪脂素-4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7),(+)落叶松脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8),(+)落叶松脂素-4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9),(+)落叶松脂素-4,4′-O-二-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)。结论:化合物6,7为首次从该属植物中分离得到,其他化合物皆为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the stems of Clematis parviloba. Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH -20 and HPLC. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic data together with physical and chemical property. Result: Ten compounds have been isolated from the stems of C. parviloba, and identified as: ( + ) pinoresionol (1), ( + ) pinoresionol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), ( + ) pinoresionol-4, 4′-O-bis-fl-D- glucopyranoside (3), ( -)syringaresinol (4), ( + ) syringaresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), (-) episyringaresinol (6), ( + ) medioresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), ( + ) lariciresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), ( + ) lariciresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyrano- side (9), ( + ) lariciresinol-4, 4′-O-bis-β-D-glucopyranoside (10), respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 6, 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time, and the other ones were isolated from this plant for the first time.
