摘　　要：魏晋南北朝时期,药物计量单位有一些变化,度在使用中逐渐减少,称量药物的工具逐渐向质量计量单位靠拢。许多在汉代以前还是以度、量计算单位的药物开始也使用了衡的单位,有些拟量、估量单位的药物也采用了质量计算多少。还出现了一些医家专用的计量单位。There were some changes for the measuring units of medicine in Wei, Jin and Southern and Northern dynasty. The measuring units of length showed decreased usage in medicine measuring, while increased usage of weight units. Weight unit was also used for measuring medicines that had been measured by imitate unit or assessed unit. Besides, some special measuring units for medicine appeared in this period of time.
