摘　　要：介绍同步碎石封层车沥青洒布量的控制原理,选用DSP2000系列的TMS320LF2407作为主控制器,对沥青洒布量控制系统进行硬件、软件设计。将所设计的控制系统安装在同步碎石封层车上,进行现场空载试验,试验结果表明沥青泵转速在100～700r/min时,实际转速与理论转速的偏差范围为±1%,沥青洒布量精度可控制在±2%以内,达到设计要求。Principle of asphalt spraying volume control of a synchronous chip sealer is explained. TMS320LF2407 in series DSP2000 is selected as central controller. Hardware and software in asphalt spraying volume control system are designed. Installed on a synchronous chip sealer, the developed control system is tested on site under empty load. The test results show that the derivation of practical rotational speed from theoretical speed is within ±1% when the asphalt pump speed is in the range of 100～700 r/min and then the asphalt spraying volume accuracy can be controlled within ±2%, which meets the design requirement.
