摘　　要：研究了网络资源的信息标引和按内容定位技术,在基于统一内容定位(UCL)的文件广播系统平台下,提出了信息发送端和接收端软件的实现方案,并对实验系统进行了测试和分析,实现了具有语义标引网页文件在广播网上的传输以及选择性的接收。In this paper,the information indexing of web information and uniform content locator are researched. Under the platform of the documents broadcasting system based on Uniform Content Locator （UCL）, the sending and receiving software designs are proposed, and then the whole experimental system is tested and analyzed. Finally, the transmitting and selectively recieving of page files with semantic index in the broadcasting network are realized.
