摘　　要：合成了新型催化剂2-((1S)-1-{[(1S)-1-(2-甲氧基-5-甲基苯基)苯乙基]氨基}-乙基)-4-甲基苯酚,其结构通过IR、1HNMR得以鉴定。并且对目标产物的盐酸盐单晶进行了X射线衍射晶体结构分析,确定了新化合物的绝对构型为(S,S)。Novel catalyst 2 - （ （ 1 S） - 1 - [ [ （ 1 S） - 1 - （2 - methoxy -5 - methylphenyl）phenylethyl ] amino f ethyl） -4- methylphenol has been synthesized and the absolute configuration of one ligand was confirmed by X - ray diffraction of corresponding chloride single crystal. The new stereogenic center（ the two C atom adjacent to the N atom on the phenol side） was unambiguously determined to have an （S,S） configuration.
