摘　　要：利用计算机图像处理技术对采集的典型纱线黑板图像进行数字化处理。针对纱线黑板中存在毛羽和划痕的特点,通过平滑处理、阈值分割、图像修复的方法,得到一幅清晰的、无噪声点的数字化图像,并且能够准确测出每根纱线的平均直径。通过与纱线的实际直径对比得知,所采用的图像处理方法计算出来的纱线直径与实测直径一致,证明利用该图像处理方法所测得的纱线直径不失真,且能够准确反映纱线的外观特征,如粗节、细节、棉结等,为纱线黑板自动化评定提供了参考。Introduces a kind of digital processing of yarn black board on the basis of computer image manipulation. In view of existing hairiness and scratch in the yarn black board, through some methods such as smoothness processing, threshold value division and image repairing, can come up with a clear digital image without noise points and exactly measure the yarn diameter. Comparing with the actual diameter of yarn, the computed yarn diameter accords with the actual diameter, which proves that the yarn diameter measured by image processing method is accurate, precisely reflects appearance features of yarn such as sluhs, neps, nips, and establishes the foundation for the automatic assessment of the yarn black board.
