摘　　要：分析聚酯产业信息共享的价值及实现信息共享的障碍,设计信息共享机制的目标。在此基础上,设计了聚酯产业信息共享机制,并对这种机制进行了形式化描述。该机制通过一个共享的信息服务平台,能对企业提供的共享信息进行验证分析,评定企业的信任等级,再根据企业的信任等级和交费情况共享到专业化程度不一的产业数据。它能满足聚酯供应链实现信息共享要求,并以此促进聚酯产业的协调发展。The paper addresses information shared mechanism for polyester industry in terms of the value, obstacles, and objective. The information shared mechanism for polyester industry is designed and described. The mechanism can be realized through an information management system whose functions include the validation and analysis of data provided by enterprise, the judge of enterprise credit level, etc. The information shared level and scope of an enterprise depend on the fee it has paid and its credit level. Its advantage lies in the fact that it satisfies the information shared requirement for the polyester supply chain and harmonizes the relationship among the polyester enterprises.
