摘  要:目的:观察蚁附蠲痹颗粒对大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)血清NO、TNFα和IL-1的影响。方法:制作大鼠RA模型,通过蚁附蠲痹颗粒治疗后,检测血清中NO、TNFα和IL-1的含量。结果:与模型组比较,佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清中NO、TNFα和IL-1显著增高,蚁附蠲痹颗粒各组血清异常增高的NO、TNFα和IL-1显著降低。结论:蚁附蠲痹颗粒对佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清NO、TNFα和IL-1异常增高有显著的调节作用,这种调节作用可能是蚁附蠲痹颗粒治疗类风湿性关节炎的主要机理之一。Objective : To study the effects of Yifujuanbi Granule on the contents of nitric oxide ( NO), tumor necrosis factor - α (TNFα) and interleukin - 1 ( IL- 1 ) in serum of rats with adjuvant arthritis. Methods: the RA model was established firstly. Then, the contents of NO, TNFα and IL-1 in rat serum were detected after the rats were treated with Yifujuanbi Granule. Results: The contents of NO, TNFα and IL-1 in the serum of rats with adjuvant arthritis were significantly higher than that of the model control group (RA group). The abnormal increase of NO, TNFα and IL-1 were inhibited markedly in the experimental groups. Conclusion: Yifujuanbi Granule can inhibit the increase of NO, TNFα and IL-1 in serum of rats with adjuvant arthritis. This inhibitory effect may be one of the mechanisms of Yifujuanbi Granule in treating rheumatoid arthritis.
