摘 要:使用半间歇反应结晶器研究了六氨氯化镁(MgC l2.6NH3)制备过程中不同反应结晶条件对聚结的影响。用聚焦光束反射测量仪(FBRM)和颗粒图像测量仪(PVM)两种在线颗粒分析技术,对包括加料反应和养晶熟化在内的整个反应结晶过程进行在线监测。研究发现,适当升高温度、提高搅拌速率、降低加料速率、减少添加剂加入量都能不同程度地缓解六氨氯化镁在反应结晶过程中的聚结。进一步通过分析反应和熟化两个阶段受不同条件影响所表现出的差异性,解释了其对聚结的不同作用机理。The effects of different reactive crystallization conditions on agglomeration in the preparation process of magnesium chloride hexammoniate with semi-batch reaction crystallizer were studied. In the experiments, the whole reaction crystallization process including feeding reaction and grain- growing and ripening was measured by two on - line particle analytical technologies,focused beam reflectance measurement ( FBRM ) and particle vision measurement ( PVM ). It was found that the degree of agglomeration of magnesium chloride hexammoniate in the reaction crystallization process all could be weakened to a certain extent by such measures as properly raising temperature, increasing stirring rate, reducing feeding rate and declining additive concentration. Moreover, the mechanism of agglomeration has been explained by the analysis on the difference in the two steps, reaction and ripening due to the influence of different conditions.
