摘 要:首先,通过超声预处理对纳米二氧化钛水相分散效果影响因素的研究,找到了较佳的超声波分散工艺条件(超声功率90 W,超声温度40℃,超声时间15 min);然后用羧基功能基铝锆偶联剂分别对预处理前后的纳米二氧化钛进行表面改性,并对不同纳米二氧化钛产品在水中的分散效果进行了评价。透射电镜(TEM)、粒径分布、浆料粘度和浊度的分析结果表明,羧基功能基铝锆偶联剂对纳米二氧化钛有较好的改性效果,且超声预处理有利于纳米二氧化钛的表面改性,是一种高效的辅助分散方法。Firstly,the influencing factors of ultrasonic pretreatment on dispersion effect of nano - sized titanium dioxide in water were researched, and the relatively optimum technique conditions of ultrasonic pretreatment were found, i. e. the ultrasonic power was 90 W,ultrasonic temperature was 40 ℃ and ultrasonic time was 15 min. Then,the pretreated and un - pretreated nano - sized titanium dioxide were both modified by the carboxyl zircoaluminate coupling agent, and the dispersion effect of the different products was evaluated through TEM, particle size distribution, slurry viscosity and turbidity. The experiment results showed that carboxyl zircoaluminate coupling agent had good effect on the modification of nano - sized ti- tanium dioxide. In addition, the ultrasonic pretreatment was helpful for the modification of nano-sized titanium dioxide and it was a high - effective assistant method for dispersion.
