摘　　要：有了良好的生石灰,石灰乳的活性高低就完全取决于消化过程,石灰乳的质量直接决定相关产品的质量。而消化过程质量控制的关键在于选择先进的消化机、合适的监控仪表(以实现自动控制)。选取槽式连续搅拌消化机、PLC自动控制系统,并从搅拌强度、石灰粒径、消化水温度、水与生石灰质量比等方面优化了消化工艺条件,使石灰消化过程质量控制技术迈上新的台阶。Having good quick- lime, the active height of lime milk is completely decided by the digestion process and the quality of relative products directly depends on the quality of lime milk. But the key of quality control in the digestion process lies on the selection of advanced digestion machine and the appropriate instrumental equipment （ so as to realize the automatic control）. The trough -type continuously-stirring digestion machine and the PLC automatic controlling system were selected, and then the process conditions of digestion were optimized in terms of stirring intensity ,lime particle size, digestion water temperature, m（ H2O） /m（CaO） and so on. The adopted measures made the lime digestion process quality controlling technique reach a higher stage of development.
