居民消费增长和结构优化路径分析

摘　　要：随着经济持续发展和人民生活质量逐步提高,居民消费及其结构转变对于产业结构的影响日益加深。在按照消费市场变化调整产出结构、促进消费型经济增长的过程中,国内居民消费量的增长和结构优化在一定程度上比投资高增长更为重要。为了使消费量及其结构科学合理并真正能够用于宏观调控,本文作者首次提出从投资与消费、居民消费总水平和居民消费支出结构三个层次设定居民消费结构优化目标,计算分析了若干基于居民消费总量增长的消费结构优化概算方案,并在此基础上预测未来消费变动趋势,提出着力引导消费倾向,统筹以消费为主、投资和进出口协调拉动发展的多种路径。On the way of economic developing and living quality＇s raising, consumptive structure of Chinese residents has deeply affected the country＇s industry structure. The structure of products and services should be changed after the market demand evolution. But, it is more important to increase consumption and optimize the consumptive structure of residents than to make additional investments at some degree. The aim of the article is to make the consumptive structure more rational and able to be realized in macro-control perspective. Firstly, the author supposed a set of optimization objectives and certain optimization schemes involving investment and total consumption of residents as well as expenditure structure of residents. Then, the author estimated future tendency of resident consumption. Finally, the author delivered some suggestions such as how to guide the expending tendency, how to harmonize consumption and investments as well as imports and exports.
