摘　　要：目的探讨上颌骨额突(PFM)骨折的特点及损伤程度的评定。方法从鼻外伤的法医鉴定案例中,选取CT扫描诊断为PFM骨折的146例鉴定资料进行回顾性分析。结果在146例中,PFM骨折伴移位成角134例,其中左侧PFM骨折(82例)多于右侧(49例),复合骨折多于单纯骨折。PFM复合骨折多为PFM骨折伴发鼻骨骨折(88例),伴发2个骨骨折26例,伴发3个骨骨折2例。结论PFM骨折极易出现移位成角,多伴有鼻骨、眶骨骨折。单纯PFM骨折,应评定为轻微伤,伴有合并骨折时应评定为轻伤。Objective Inquiry into the distinctive features of broken processes of frontal maxillae （PFM） and the way how to judge the their damage degree. Methods Through studying and analyzing the CT scaner medical data selected from among 146 of nasal injury, identified by legal medicine experts. Results In the 146 cases of confirmed as broken processes of frontal maxillae （PFM）, 134 cases have fracture shifting and angulation, Such fracture is more likely to happen on the left side of the frontal maxilla than on the right side （82cases on the left ,49 cases on the right） ,Compound fractures of PFM are more than simple ones and often accompanied by nasal fractures （88 PFM fractures by nasal in two places, two in three places, only 26 by other fractures）. Conclusion Fracture of PFM is easily done with shifting and angulation and more accompanied by nasal fracture and eye socket fracture, simple fracture of PFM can＇ t be identified as minor injury but as ting wound, It is identified as a minor injury only when it is accompanied by merged fracture.
