摘　　要：目的:建立川楝子药材中川楝素的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用Phenomenex Luna C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),乙腈-水(35:65)为流动相,检测波长:210nm,流速:1.0ml/min,测定川楝素。结果:川楝素平均回收率为95.7%,RSD=1.91%(n=6)。结论:12批样品测定结果表明,该方法简便、准确,可用于川楝子药材中川楝素的含量测定。In this study, authors created a process to measure the contents of Toosendanin, an effective component in Melia toosendan, using HPLC. It was carried out on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column （4.6mm×150mm,5μm） with a mobile phase acetonitrile-water （35：65）, at a flow velocity of 1.0ml/min, and a detection wavelength of 210nm for Toosendanin. The averaged recovery of Toosendanin reached 95.7% （RSD=1.91% n=6）, which proves that the process is both easy operating and accurate, and can be used to determine the contents of Toosendanin in Melia toosendan.
