摘  要:采用亚沸态水提,絮凝和醇沉相结合的方法实现双黄连的提取精制,达到提高中药有效成分的目的。得到最佳方案为:经超临界萃取后的100g药材,加入10倍体积的水,在90℃下煎煮2h,过滤,滤液浓缩至80mL,在50℃下,加入1.5%的絮凝剂133mL,搅拌5min,离心,上清液浓缩至16mL,加入95%乙醇至含醇量为80%,过滤,滤液蒸干,得率约为5~6%。This is an improved approach to cut down the needed dosage, extraction, 1.5% chitosan flocculation, and alcohol precipitation using a combined process of sub-boiling water to extract and purify medicinal materials in Shuanghuanglian. It goes through the following procedure: extract medicinal materials from Shuanghuanglian using supercritical-CO2 fluid, before boiling them in water 10 times of the extracts at a temperature of 90℃ for 2 hours. The filtrate is concentrated to 80ml, and combined with 133ml of 1.5% Chitosan flocculating agent at a temperature of 50℃. Stir and centrifuge the compound for 5 minutes, and obtain a concentrated supernate of 16mL. Mix the compound with 95%-alcohol, making the content of ethanol up to 80%. A further filtration and drying process allows an extraction rate up to 5-6 %.
