金匮肾气丸对雄激素部分缺乏大鼠血清睾酮及Leydig细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨金匮肾气丸对雄激素部分缺乏模型大鼠的影响及可能作用机制。方法:50只15月龄SD大鼠随机分成5组:正常组,模型组,金匮肾气丸高、中、低剂量组。采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺20mg/(kg·d)复制模型,金匮肾气丸连续灌胃28d后,观察实验大鼠睾丸及附睾的湿重、血清睾酮及睾丸间质细胞变化。结果:金匮肾气丸各组可增加实验大鼠睾丸及附睾的脏器指数,提高血清睾酮水平,增加睾丸间质细胞数目。结论:金匮肾气丸治疗雄激素部分缺乏大鼠有效,其机制可能是通过提高睾酮水平,增加睾丸间质细胞数目。Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of Jinkui Shenqi（金匮肾气） pill on the rats with partly androgen deficiency in aged men（PADAM）. Methods Fifty SD male rats of 15 months old were divided into five groups randomly： blank group, model group, treated group with high dosage Jinkui Shenqi pill, treated group with middie dosage, treated group with low dosage. The rats were injected in abdominal cavities with Cyclophosphamide 20 mg/ （kg·d） to make PADAM model. Jinkui Shenqi pill suspension was irrigated into the stomachs of all rats in the treated groups. After 28 days, the weight of the testicle and epididymis, the concentration of testosterone were examined, so was the number of the leydig cells （interstitial cells） of the testis. Results Jinkui Shenqi pill could raise the concentration of serum testosterone, increase the organ index of the testicle and epidisymis of the rats and also increase the number of the leydig cells. Conclusion Jinkui Shenqi pill may treat the rats with PADAM effectively by raising the concentration of serum testosterone and increasing the number of leydig cells.
