冠心病合并室壁瘤42例的外科治疗

摘　　要：目的:总结42例左心室室壁瘤(LVA)行室壁瘤内修补手术的治疗效果。方法:42例中男28例,女14例,平均年龄(65.42±7.61)岁,合并心绞痛24例,充血性心衰12例,室性心律失常11例,系统性栓塞2例。左室射血分数(EF)(23.7±18.0)%,均在体外循环下行室壁瘤切除手术治疗,34例同时行CABG。结果:存活40例,死亡2例,32例病症状消失或症状改善,EF为(40.7±8.5)%。结论:外科治疗室壁瘤可使心功能及心绞痛症状得到明显改善。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of aneurysmectomy in treating 42 cases of left ventricular aneurysm （LVA）. Methods：Among 42 patients, 28 were male and 14 were female, their average age was （65.42 ± 7.61 ）. Among them, 24 patients suffered from angina, 12 had congestive heart failure （CHF）, 11 had ventricular arrhythmias and 2 were found to have systemic embolism. The preoperative mean EF was （23.71 ± 18.01 ）%. The aneurysmectomy procedure were performed in all patients, CABG were done at the same in 34 patients. Results： Two patients died and 40 survived, 32 patients were asymptomatic or improved after operation. The postoperative EF was （40.74 ±8.50） %. Conclusion： Surgical therapies of left ventricular aneurysm relieve angina and improve the cardiac function obviously.
