中西药结合治疗红皮病型银屑病的临床对比分析

摘　　要：目的:研究和观察中西医结合治疗红皮病型银屑病的临床效果。方法:采用西药治疗36例和中西药结合治疗32例,对比分析总有效率、起效时间、显效时间、住院时间及不良反应。结果:中西医结合组与西医组相比较,总有效率高、起效、显效和住院时间短,副作用更小,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗红皮病型银屑病起效快、临床疗效好、副作用小。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of combined therapy with western medicine （WM） and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） for patients with erythrodermic psoriasis. Methods： Thirty - six patients with erythrodermic psoriasis were treated with WM only, and 32 patients were treated with combined therapy （TCM and WM）. The general effective rate, releasing time, notable effect time, hospitalized time and side effect were compared between the two groups. Results： Compared with WM group, in combined therapy group, the general effective rate was higher, the releasing time, notable effect time and hospitalized time were shorter and the side effect was lower （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Combined therapy with TCM and WM for erythrodermic psoriasis can possess better therapeutic efficacy and lower side effect.
