摘　　要：目的:测定OX40及Bcl-2在红斑狼疮皮损及外周血淋巴细胞中的表达。方法:采用免疫组化ABC法和半定量RT-PCR法,检测不同亚型红斑狼疮患者的皮损及活动期SLE患者外周血单一核细胞中OX40及Bcl-2的表达水平,并与正常人的皮肤和外周血淋巴细胞进行比较。结果:不同亚型红斑狼疮的皮损及活动期SLE外周血淋巴细胞中OX40及Bcl-2的表达水平均增高,与正常人以上指标差异显著;而不同亚型红斑狼疮组间差异无显著性。结论:OX40及Bcl-2在红斑狼疮发病中可能发挥重要作用,为寻找红斑狼疮诊断与治疗的新靶点提供了新的思路。Objective： To investigate the expression of OX40 and Bcl - 2 in the lesions and peripheral blood lymphocytes from patients with lupus erythematosus （LE）. Methods： The expression of OX40 and Bcl- 2 in the lesions and lymphocytes from patients with LE was measured using ABC immunohistochemical method and RT- PCR, and compared with normal skin specimens and lymphocytes. Results： The results showed that the expression of OX40 and Bcl- 2 in the lesions and lymphocytes from LE patients was much higher than that in nomal skin specimens and lymphocytes. The expression of OX40 and Bcl - 2 in the lesions from patients with SLE, SCLE and DLE showed no statistically significant difference. Conclusion： OX40 and Bcl - 2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of LE, which may provide a clue for the new target in the diagnosis and treatment of LE.
