超声刀在冠心病患者外科治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用超声刀切取桡动脉用于冠状动脉旁路移植术的效果。方法 冠心病患者60例，使用超声刀改进“不接触”技术切取桡动脉，用于冠状动脉旁路移植术。结果 共切取桡动脉63，全部血流良好并成功用于冠状动脉旁路移植术，无并发症发生。结论 超声刀具有良好的切割止血作用，切取桡动脉简便、快速、安全，可以明显减少对桡动脉的刺激。Objective To study the effect of ultrasound knife in coronary artery bypass graft. Methods Radial artery were taken by improved intact method with ultrasound knife in 60 patients underwent coronary artery bypass graft . Results 63 radial arteries were resected, with well blood flow and successful coronary artery bypass graft. No complication occurred. Conclusion Ultrasound knife is safe, simple and quick for resection of radial artery,which may significantly decrease the irritation to radial artery,with better cutting and hemostasis.
