摘 要:采用多元羧酸交联剂1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)对粘胶纤维进行酯化交联处理,分析了交联温度、时间和BTCA质量分数对粘胶纤维酯化交联反应的影响,并进一步探讨了交联处理对粘胶纤维力学性能的影响,红外光谱证实BTCA与粘胶纤维之间发生了酯化反应.升高交联温度和延长交联时间可以使BTCA与粘胶纤维较充分地发生酯化反应,大大提高—COOH转化率.随着交联温度的升高、交联时间的延长、BTCA质量分数的增大,粘胶纤维的湿模量逐渐增大;经质量分数为8%的BTCA在180℃下交联3 min后,粘胶纤维的湿模量为15.28 cN/dtex,湿断裂强度达到最大值,提高率为23.73%.1,2,3,4-Butanetetracarboxylic acid (BTCA) was utilized as a crosslinking agent for esterification- crosslinking of viscose fibers. The influence of the crosslinking temperature and time and the BTCA concentration on the crosslinking degree of the viscose fibers was analyzed, and the influence of the crosslinking treatment on the mechanical properties of the viscose fiber was further investigated. IR spectra confirmed the esterification between BTCA and viscose fibers. Higher temperature and longer time resulted in the fuller esterification and in much increased --COOH transition. The wet modulus of the crosstinked viscose fibers was increased when crosslinking at higher temperature for longer time with increased BTCA wt ratio. The crosslinking at 180 ℃ for 3 min with 8% wt of BTCA gave viscose fibers having wet modulus 15.28 cN/dtex and maximum wet strength at break (increased by 23.73%).
