摘　　要：HS(Harmonized System)商品编码体系被进出口监管和统计部门广泛使用。HS编码的智能查询可以为进出口相关企业提供便利,对监管自动化和效率提供有效支持。基于本体的自动分类方法,描述了一种实现HS编码查询的知识库与推理方法,提供了知识库构建、标准和非标准商品名处理、置信度计算等技术细节,给出了原型系统和实验数据。HS（ Harmonized System） codes have been widely used by authorities and international traders around the world as the basis for import and export inspection and the generation of trade statistics. Based on automatic classification with semantic Web, a knowledge base is presented for practicable intelligent HS code query service. The technologies of knowledge base construction, standard and non-standard product name processing and credit calculation are analyzed, and the implementation of prototype system is discussed.
