摘　　要：目的:研究健脑灵片的质量控制方法,以提高健脑灵片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中主要药味进行定性鉴别研究。结果:方中当归、川芎、五味子、白芍的薄层色谱上具有鉴别特征,色谱斑点清晰,专属性强,Rf值适中,阴性对照无干扰。结论:方法简便可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可用于健脑灵片的质量控制。Objective： To establish the method of TLC denfifieation and improving the quality standard forJiannaoling tablets .Meth- ods： The TLC was used to indentify major drugs in the prescntion. Results： Radix Angellicae Sinensis , Rhizoma Chuangxiong, FructusSchisandraeChinensis, Radix paeoniae Alba in the prescntion could be idenfified o the spots on a TLC were dear specific . The Rf of spots was moderateo The negative confrast was not disturbed. Conclusion：The methodissimple, accurate.and roducibie , there fore it can be used for the quality controlforJiannaoling tablets .
