分光光度法测定柏子养心丸中可溶性汞

摘　　要：目的：用分光光度法测定柏子养心丸中可溶性汞的含量。方法：采用双硫腙比色法在492nm波长下，对3个厂家生产的柏子养心丸进行了测定。结果：河北药都集团（批号：070754、070601和071194）、多邦药业有限公司（批号：22070656）和吉林鹿王制药有限公司（批号：22073064）生产的柏子养心丸中可溶性汞的含量分别为26．39±0．049ug／g、28．31±0．055ug／g、29．14±0．035ug／g、26．42±0．049ug／g和22．45±0．057ug／g。样品的平均加样回收率为97．55％，相对标准偏差（RSD，11=5）为0．58％。结论：本法快速简便，灵敏，精确，适用于中成药中可溶性汞的含量测定及质量检查。Objective： To determine the coment of solubility mercury in Balziyangxin pills by spectrophotometry. Method： Baiziyangxin pills produced in three factories were determined with dithizone colorimetry at the wavelength of 492 nm. Results： The content of solubility mercury in Baiziyangxin pills produced in Hebei Yao Du Group（Lot# ： 070754, 070601 and 071194）, Duo Bang Pharmaceutical Limited Company （Lot# ： 22070656） and Jilin Lu Wang Pharmaceutical Limited Company（Lot# ： 22073064 ） was 26.39 ±0.049 ug/g ,28.31±0.055 ug/g ,29.14± 0.035 ug/g , 26.42±0.049 ug/g and 22.45±0.057ug/g respectively.The average recovery was 96.69%, and the relative standard deviation （RSD, n = 5） was 0.45%. Conclusion： The method is rapid, simple, sensitive and accurate, and it is applicable to determine the content of solubility mercury and to check the quality of proprietary Chinese medicines.
