摘 要:对辽宁省主要针阔混交林进行了外生菌根真菌的种类调查和生境调查,获得外生菌根真菌82种(其中菌根性食、药用菌66种),隶属于13科24属;发现了2种辽宁省外生菌根真菌新记录种;掌握了辽宁省油松、落叶松、樟子松、红松以及柞树林下的外生菌根真菌的种类、优势种以及环境因子与子实体间的关系,对主要外生菌根真菌生境进行了阐释和深入的探讨。Surveys on species and habitats of ectomycorrhizal fungi were conducted in major coniferous and broadleaved mixed forests in Liaoning, 82 species of ectomycorrhizal fungi belonged to 13 families and 24 genera (66 species were mycorrhizal edible and medical fungi among them) were obtained, 2 new recorded species of ectomycorrhizal fungi were discovered, and the relationships between species, dominated species of ectomycorrhizal fungi and environmental factors with fruitbody in Pinus tabulaeformis, Larix spp, P. syivestris vat. mongolica, P. koraiensis and Qaercus mongolica forests in Liaoning were grasped, meanwhile habitats of major ectomycorrhizal fungi were expounded and analyzed deeply, which aimed at providing the first hand materials regarding habitats for further studies of ectomycorrhizal fungi.
